Over the next week and a half we debated about how to solve my problem. Within an hour I had a tweet back from a guy who works for Circuit City. I was in line dealing with the service people 2 weeks ago and I tweeted (on Twitter) about the agony of customer service at Circuit City. Steve and I had to send in a broken Sony receiver to the place we bought it – complete with an extended service contract.
